Assigned to provide support to the Solution Engineering team in PulsePoint Inc., an ad tech company that offers DSP and Ad Exchange platforms in the Programmatic Advertising realm, I'm currently identifying the root cause of the issues reported about the customer-facing systems of the company.

Once a problem is reported or identified, the team has to review data in the DB, online debuggers, code in Github, applications logs, etc. to determine if the issue is a bug, a problem with data coming from clients, or simply a wrong use of the platform. Programmatic advertising is a very demanding business because to sell & buy ad slots is a transaction that must occur in less than 200 ms.
