AEI Site Manager
ANDRITZ CHILE MAPA Project Arauco / Chile
- Leading AEI Onsite coordination in Pulp and Paper Project (Engineering and Construction)
- Be directly technical responsible for quoting, purchasing AEI installation material and equipment over 15 Million USD Budget on Local Chilean marked
- Supervise the execution of installation works, performed either by contractors, ARAUCO sub-contractors’ personnel, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality standards and procedures and verify works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation
- Directs implementation of plans, including technical development
- Lead/direct/engage planning, control, information management and reporting for the site
- Identifies and analyzes Engineering changing
- Ensures an environment and culture of continuous improvement and leads improvement process
- Developing, maintaining, reporting and trending accurate project baselines
- Physical Activity: Walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, lifting, PC work, repetitive motions, feeling, grasping, pulling, pushing, and hearing (on Site Inspection)
- Be directly responsible for site operations on projects including site management, technical advisory services, (quality, schedule, Environmental Health & Safety)
- Be directly responsible from the proposal phase through installation, commissioning until final acceptance, on assigned extended scope projects.
