As a Health professional, I carry out activities that provide patients with a better quality of life oriented to the natural scope, such as natural medicines, homeopathic and Phyto therapeutic medicines, in charge of technical tasks as a person responsible before the regulatory entity and additionally, administrative tasks such as inventory, exchange policies, receipt of merchandise, issuance of documents such as dispatch guides and transfers between premises, plus personnel in charge.

Person legally responsible for the pharmacy complying with regulations, carrying out activities such as medication requests, inventory control, expiration date control, merchandise reception, setting prices and replenishing shelves. Exercising full-time work in a counter with patients, pharmaceutical care, supervision of personnel in charge, encouraging teamwork, dispatch of prescriptions, stock control and non-stock control.

Complying with dispositions related to the administration and coordination of the pharmaceutical establishment for optimal operation, ensure supervision of personnel in charge so that teamwork is carried out efficiently and effectively in the different activities carried out daily. Perform pharmaceutical chemist tasks such as compliance with SEREMI, pharmaceutical care, dispatch of medical prescriptions, inventory, expiration management and exchange policies.

Act as operational and analytical support for the functions of the regulatory affairs department through the organization and provision of reliable information within the parameters of the quality management system and local and corporate legislation. Provide support to the Pharmacovigilance process by participating in the achievement of technical-scientific tools to support the generation of responses to pharmacovigilance cases. Manage the documentary area in everything related to regulatory matters, support the administrative and documentary area.

Execute technical management tasks for Bella Piel Galeries, management of documents related with the Health Secretary, make technical reception of medications, control and monitor inventory in conjunction with expiration dates. Regulate the correct storage of the elements and ensure that the facilities comply with all the law dispositions.

Functions: Execute assistance tasks in document management, receive and verify that the master formulas meet the preparation requirements demanded by INVIMA, organize the master formulas, and deliver them to the Technical Department so that the preparation order can be issued. Prepare the labels corresponding to each formula with its composition, name of the patient and other requirements. Organize the Quality Assurance schedules issued by the Technical Director and ensure compliance with them

Responsible for the proper reception and distribution of medication orders, Sort pharmaceutical products on the shelves, promptly dispense customers and guide them about the medication they have purchased, classify and order in accordance with the established Standards and Procedures Manual, monitor the period of validity of the drugs that are about to expire, cash and inventory management.

Person in charge of classifying and ordering medicines and pharmaceutical products in accordance with standards, procedures and monitoring their validity period, in addition to receiving and dispatching medicine orders to the different customers of pharmacy services, always focused on providing a good service to our customers.
