• Work experience in 3 hotel areas: finances, food and beverages and housekeeping.
  In charge of hotel inventory in common areas and restaurant. Take orders in restaurants, deliver food and drinks and prepare amenities carts for the rooms.

• Work with Opentable system, make reservations, waitlists, and call customers when their table is available, update the status of the restaurant, communicate with waiters, update table maps, give warm welcome to customer and take them to their table.

Organize snow trips for school students, work in databases, send registration forms to schools, make and send quotes and sales notes through Softland system, receive payments.

• Organize groups of university students to visit El Colorado Ski Resort, daily work in databases, send registration forms, make quotes and sales notes through Softland system, receive payments. In charge of closing sales and sending invoices, guide snow trips in El Colorado: Helping the rental team, delivery of ski and lunch tickets and help the restaurant team.

• In charge of organize stands at universities to provide information on the programs offered, organize events with university student cultural life areas, work in daily databases, send emails with travel information, guide participants on their pre- and post-trip.

• In charge of reservations, check in and check out, assigning rooms, selling rooms, keeping the hotel updated with the OPERA system, closing sales for the day, night audits and closing tasks.

• Sales strategy in distillery products, receive orders from the previous day and replenish the required stock, send inventory list, send list of suggestions about new products, study new products incorporated, replenish stock, maintain good communication and attitude with the clients.
