I´m currently working for this company, on an operational management executive position, for a Security Engineering Company, I participate on every aspect and stage of the process of implementing projects of that scope, supporting our commercial area on Bidding Processes, leading a team of engineers, administrative staff for procurements, technical staff for implementing projects on site, establishing a clear communication with our clients according to their needs and the regulations written in the contracts subscribed by both parts. Always looking after our stakeholders interests. Some skills I have acquired during this time in this position have been:

• Lead the coordination and interaction of different areas of the company to accomplish a successful result.
• Trained and guided team members to maintain high productivity and performance metrics.
• Interacted well with customers to build connections and nurture relationships.
• Handled problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
• Managed purchasing, sales, marketing and customer account operations efficiently.

During the time I spent as PMO for JEJ, I participated on a variety of projects at every stage of EPMC contracts for different clients such as mining companies, Industrial Food companies, Industrial Agriculture companies, Ports, Health Industry, Medical Labs, and others, leading a team of architects and engineers, for one reason only, to do the best project possible for the needs of the client, within budget and always looking towards a continuous improvement of the project and construction of any infrastructure we would have to encounter as a Challenge. Some of the skills I acquired during this professional period for a successful leadership:

• Established a Clear Leadership within teams to improve their efficiency and coordination to fulfill any goals or milestones waiting to be achieved in the project.
• Managed cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

I was part of a team hired by Energías Andinas to develop the Architectural Cadastre for the Aymaran Towns of Lirima, Cotapalca and Colpitas, located 4100 meters above sea level. The purpose of this Cadastre was to design a proposition to improve the towns, within their social and environmental needs, in order to comply with local regulations regarding the studies for the making of a Geothermal Energy Project inside the boundaries of this Communities.
