Summary

Born and raised around construction and landscaping businesses, I developed a keen interest at a young age. The older I got, I branched out into not only the operational side of the businesses but also what makes it tick, what makes a successful business, what model I could adopt and alter to work for my business needs. After a few years of working for a few local companies, gaining valuable experience, I began to earn promotions, not just in England but also abroad in Australia where I spent 2 years. Over 10 years later I have built up extensive knowledge of those fields whilst also acquiring information and experience through the process of trial and Error. Leading to today where I have 2 current businesses, both running successfully.

Needless to say, these provide my motivation and instill a want and will to always improve and challenge myself.

I demand the best from myself and my employees and have a determination to make not only myself, but them the best they can be, helping to provide excellent service to our customers.
