  • A Lantronix RS485 series to ethernet converter was installed and configured to communicate the data from Flowmeter the Chromatograph and Gas Flowmeter to a Standard Automation EFM SCADA

  • Functional tests were carried out and it was launched

  • This was by Wonderware Intouch until version 6.0 it was 32-bit and from version 7.0 it became 64-bit, therefore, the migration could not be done only by upgrading the version, the entire application had to be redesigned from scratch in the new version of Intouch 64-bit
  • Functional tests were carried out between the PLC and the SCADA
  • The commissioning of the entire new control system (PLC + SCADA) was carried out and delivered in perfect operation to the customer
