As one of 4 team leaders of the unit, i report directly to the Critical Care Unit Director. In less than a year, as a team we've achieved to articulate government foundings to expand the original 12 ICU / 24 Stepdown Beds of the unit to a 24 ICU / 56 Stepdown Beds unit, and optimized medical/nursing care which lowered nearly 20% of hospital stay in our unit.

Trough the beginning of the past pandemic, as technical referent, i teamed with directive staff of the center to manage government funds to expand the original 12 beds ICU to a 30 beds unit, and added 6 extra intensive care capable beds inside the Emergency Medicine Unit, which significantly improved healthcare in the region.
