Summary

I started learning soft skills in my training as a Waiter in 2012. Where I learned how to deal directly with the client, also cross-functional teamwork and communication with suppliers in the field, allowed me to have the necessary communication skills for management of the administrative processes that they execute on a daily basis. From 2015 to the present, I work as an administrator at IDIEM of the Universidad de Chile, where I learned a lot regarding business management processes, which allows me to work in various areas within the institution, where I acquired knowledge management and accounting programs; management, distribution, rendering and balancing of public funds; Management of Excel spreadsheets, databases, inventory control, etc.

In the same way, contact with suppliers and customers (internal and external) were skills that were also strengthened during the years of support in managing the purchase of supplies, materials, services, etc. Where I learned the management of the Public Market platform (Chile), and the knowledge of direct deals, tenders for the management of public purchases.

I worked in the same institution as an Accounting Analyst in the Accounting Unit, learning accounting knowledge and management of ERP Software used by the company.

I was in charge of the Billing of services of the Projects Unit, having direct contact with clients and reporting the billed services monthly.

Support in Human Resources process management, processing medical licenses, legal holidays, administrative days, etc. Likewise, the compilation of documentation for new prospects.

Experience in delivery of bank documentation (checks, vouchers, guarantee slips, etc.)

I have a Class B driving license from Chile.

I worked as an Expeditor, a new position, generated by the mining industry, for the correct accreditation of personnel, equipment, machinery and vehicles, around mining projects with different safety standards to be covered according to the client company.
