Participated in mining studies in the process area during conceptual engineering for various projects. including:

• Chuquicamata Phase I (Codelco): Conducted a conceptual engineering study for the largest open-pit copper mine.
• Fruta del Norte Gold Deposit, Ecuador: Performed a conceptual study for Aurelian Resources.
• Andina Division (Codelco): Provided assessment in quality analysis and water balance.

• Participated in engineering studies of various environmental projects. Scopes included design of facilities and start up of water treatment plants for different industries and small communities.

• Developed mathematical model for the kinetic of the fermentation phase in the anaerobic digestion of organic waste
• This included modelling, design and operation of an anaerobic digestion reactor.
