Automate key processes in the operation, generate insights from them, and develop detailed improvement proposals for operational excellence and financial performance of the business, using advanced analytics techniques. All of this across numerous projects that emerged as a response to operational needs, as well as projects initiated by the department to increase the company's EBITDA.

- I developed a machine learning model trained with accident data that achieved an accuracy of 85% and a 92% success rate for the target metric in predicting severe accidents during work shifts. The key focus of the project was to identify the most relevant variables in the system for preventing such accidents through a detailed analysis of SHAP values.
- Implemented a weak AI system using Microsoft Fabric, Python, PySpark, SQL, Azure, and Power BI to automate error detection on the mining operation's database generated by operation actors. This process, which previously required the efforts of four to five individuals, was successfully automated. As a result, we eliminated the man-hours needed for this process, leading to increased quality and availability of critical KPIs.
