My internship at IT-EX SPA turned into a seven-month contract, during which the scope of my responsibilities expanded to include in-depth work in data analysis for cybersecurity purposes.

My duties also included assisting with the management of Fortinet firewalls, specifically handling user creation and editing, policy configuration, and general administration.

During this period, I not only continued with Fortinet courses but also moved on to courses offered by HTB (Hack The Box).

During my time as an intern, my duties primarily consisted of monitoring client firewalls and networks, updating documentation, implementing monitoring software (Wazuh, Zabbix, and PRTG), and providing 24/7 Level 1 customer support.

I also I also carried out tasks specific to my field, such as developing scripts and programs for the company's internal use.

Given the nature of the work, periods of low activity were used to participate in training courses and professional development programs, such as Fortigate, and ANCI courses.
