  • Responsible for the commercial management of preventive maintenance contracts, Innova support contracts (software of Marel), sale of spare parts and services for the Marel fish industry in the south of the region
  • With customer between Chile, Argentina and Uruguay
  • Propomotor and in charge of ensuring the alignment of the Marel services team towards the client's requirements
  • About my management, I oversee meeting the annual budget of around € 7M, divide between SLA, Services, Sales of spare parts

  • Invited to be part of the development of a new business area focused on business development in renewable energies and promoting Cummins electrolyzers
  • In this new business area I was in charge of finding the business strategy, looking for possible clients and business niches where I could develop this type of projects
  • Finally, it was not successful due to the barriers to entry into the business of renewable energy projects, in addition to internal changes in the company, which made the course change
