Client: Telefonica (Movistar) - Chile, Peru (Real time Charging, Offline Rating, Billing, BSS stack):


  • As an architect deployed onsite, consulting the team from Chile & globally cross sites – Peru, India, Mexico, Brazil with close management for Chile, Brazil and India for overall Production/non-PROD activities/support in charging & Billing system.
  • Engaged in major upgrade for real time charging platform on PMX (Platform Matrix Upgrade) and on-going stabilization for Telefonica Chile with diversified architectural changes across modules for event processing, IMDG, satellite processes, operational daemons, Postgres, Hbase, Kafka etc.
  • Helped account with early engagement in PMX & charging platform transition from NFT phase to identify the gaps, potential blockers with the solution to match the business requirement and mitigate the operational shortfalls with bringing in the required fixes.

  • Ensured required support and reports availability during billing of each cycles in a month in timely manner and clarification for all doubts, rejects etc as raised by customer to close the billing.

  • Working as an Onsite Team Lead for ~5 years in Managed Service team of Globe Telecom project in APRM (Partner settlement) covering offline billing and Settlement modules for customized business flows and requirement for multiple versions.
