I’m a technical leader and engineer with over six years of experience designing scalable systems and leading development teams across startups and high-growth environments. I focus on solving complex challenges through robust infrastructure, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning product and engineering goals.

Currently, I’m Tech Lead at AgendaPro, a Y Combinator-backed SaaS company. I joined as a Senior Backend Engineer and was promoted to Tech Lead in six months. I helped define the role from scratch—establishing KPIs, documentation standards, and a collaboration framework between PMs and Tech Leads now used company-wide. I lead task planning, technical scoping, and continuous improvement efforts. I also conduct 1:1s and provide mentorship based on each team member’s strengths and goals, balancing technical oversight with people management.

Previously, as CTO and Co-Founder at Brightti, I led the creation of an immersive 3D streaming platform with customizable solutions for clients like Nissan. I designed scalable cloud infrastructure, real-time rendering pipelines, and digital twin systems, blending creative vision with technical execution.

As DevOps Tech Lead at Ticketplus, I drove the white-label transition of the platform, led CI/CD architecture, and deployed infrastructure across seven countries using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

I work fluently across backend, cloud, and frontend stacks with Ruby on Rails, Golang, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Terraform. I bring strong DevOps expertise, agile leadership, and a product-oriented mindset.
