Currently lead the operations and services deputy management of the company OXZO SA, a company that provides technological solutions in air, ozone and oxygenation for the aquaculture industry for the countries of Chile, Canada, Norway and Ireland. The above through a team of 50 people with whom I develop supply, logistics, operation, maintenance, fleet management and field facilities of different types. Contact and management with a portfolio of 18 aquaculture clients (mainly operations management administrations and farming management of all of them). Currently, I report directly to the general management and board of directors with a focus on operational excellence, KPI management, cost optimization and service quality.
Responsible for operational management and planning, project and asset control, supervision and analysis of budgets and investments, quality management and comprehensive efficiency of technological projects and equipment: artificial vision, automation and integration of processes and technologies, industrial assembly, maintenance industrial and calculation, design and detail engineering for the areas of freshwater aquaculture, seawater and process plants. Management of normalization and standardization processes of strategic activities and development of new businesses and occupational health and safety. High customer focus and brand positioning. Evaluation and definition and loyalty of suppliers for the commercial and financial management of projects.
In charge of: ambienta studies (measurements and bathymetry), supervision, operation and start-up of farming center projects, from engineering, calculation reports, anchoring plans and their validation in terms of layout and safety; to the start-up, operation and implementation of the projects themselves, through services of the ideal nature. From the above, responsibility for budgets, management, inventory, control, maintenance and traceability of structures and assets, such as floating rafts, naval artifacts and their documentation, arises. In addition to the above, boats, land and sea cabotage, trailers for major and minor naval artifacts, silage equipment, hulls (concrete, ferrocement and steel), improvements, modifications, transformations in shipyards and everything related to the knowledge necessary to the management of the aforementioned. Responsible for expense accounts and preparation of project investment requests associated with all the aforementioned items, which are reported to management as part of the management and control of these accounts. Preparation of reports on costs, expenses, inventory and purchases through KPIs and their submission based on the annual budgets prepared; through which the personal performance of services, suppliers and position management is evaluated. All of the above, in close communication with the departments that converge immediately after the implementation of a cultivation center, such as the networks and diving department, food, equipment, telecommunications, and especially with the respective production management as our internal client.
In charge of: Management and logistics of technicians, materials and vessels of the department; management and supervision of maintenance task and projects. Survey of industrial processes, automated feeding lines, industrial equipment, structures and production support. Close working relationship with the operations, production, supply and human resources department to achieve defined short and long-term goals. Management of suppliers for the coordination of services and dispatch/reception of materials, supplies and external technicians for the operation of the department. Supervision and management of works and projects in the field. Design and evaluation of custom pieces for special jobs and innovation projects through technical drawing. Management and analysis of department cost structures to optimize monthly expenses. Responsible for the implementation of the monthly and annual maintenance program for all equipment in the area and verification of compliance and weekly updating.
In charge of the study and updating network, for the Reloncaví´s area, corresponding to 2013. In charge of surveying processes and statistical analysis of data. Member of the Information Management department.
Responsible for implementation, administration and maintenance of the website (http://www.windledaustral.cl), creation of a database of potential clients under a business plan and market segmentation. Field project supervisor and technical staff support.
