• Set-up and implemented accounting, collection, budget controlling, VAT recovery, accounts payable and compliance related processes
• Designed a cash-flow model to estimate total generated cash-flow during financial year, to meet financial obligations and manage currency risk

In charge of overseeing finance unit in close relationship with headquarters in the US and the Shared Services Centers for Accounting, Billing, Collection, Accounts Payables in Europe and South America

• Negotiated and mediated between key suppliers and US-headquarters to achieve operational continuity in cases of Oracle ERP-system failures due to go-live in September 2010.
