  • Managed over £6 million in media spend across all of NOW's streaming products, ensuring efficient budget allocation and measurable growth.
  • Spearheaded and implemented PPC and TV measurement integration across Tesco brand accounts.
  • Completed a year-long management training programme and subsequently led a team of four, supporting their development and day-to-day performance.
