As a manager, established totally new services in the aviation sector (air cargo division) as follows.

-Taking into consideration Chilean laws and regulations, establishing the first japanese shipping company to obtain IATA and DGAC licenses and plan and execute the launch of air cargo services.

-Have been providing air cargo services that are “easy to use” for many customers by consistently handling everything from the launch to the operation of air cargo services, designing and proposing services tailored to customer needs, and establishing awareness and support systems.

-Made contract more than 11 airlines carrier, and managed procurement, to offer the competitive freight service to our customers.

-Have been received constantly shipment especially for our seamless service from SCL to CDG, SCL to KIX and SCL to MIA. and SCL to Europe route.

-In collaboration with economic organizations such as PROCHILE and CAMARAJAPONESA CHILENA, visiting and digging customers who may potentially require air cargo exports, offer our service for their air cargo shipment needs, Then increased our customer accounts and its cargo volume.

-As the team leader, conducted performance evaluations for staff members, identifying areas for improvement and professional development opportunities as in below.

a) I managed the team by placing the utmost importance on respecting the independence of team members and maintaining their motivation to “enjoy their work and explore new possibilities.”

b) In South America, failures in business are often viewed as penalties, and initially some staff members became hesitant as a result.

However, I encouraged them with the message-

“Go ahead and make mistakes!”

c) I emphasized that every task has meaning and that they possess the talent to drive orders and sales, constantly motivating them and providing support to help them gain confidence in their work.

-Generated COMEX (Commercial export and import) team and make a seamless communication between buyer and seller.
-Promoted to use our products and consult with our potential customer for their application to use.

-Negotiated and arrange purchasing of seaweed raw materials with suppliers in northern Chile.

-Researched and reported on market trends of seaweed raw materials and send to the head office in Japan. Negotiated raw material procurement and manage coordination from purchasing to exporting.

-As a team leader, I have been instrumental in managing and training team members and communicating internally and externally in multiple languages.

Supervised/coordinated the project cargo as: Industrial plants and large infrastructure projects cargo, as well as, the manufacturing of over-sized equipment and modules.

-Designed shipping and transport plan (Project Feasible Study)

-Negotiated ocean carriers for space chartering and freight adjustment, made a contract of chartering vessels.

-Issued related docs and preparing shipping and after care of their delivery to final door.

-Issued freight rate for the demands of freight inquiry from Panprojects Worldwide.

(Arranged/Managed: 3rd party logistics from USA/JPN/Germany-Brazil)

b)FPSO constructing project for petroleum company in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro)
(Supervised/operated the project cargo from each vendor in Japan, to clients shipyards. (10-11shipments/ FCL. AIR and BB shipment/ Month.))

c)Shah DENIZ project: Arranged the steel pipe from steel mils in Japan to UAE.
(Monitored/Surveyed the Pipes from Kashima port to Mina Saqr Port,,UAE, checked/supervised HSE management and its cargo loading status. (2 shipments /BB vessel/Month))

-Also, supervised /arranged the industrial shipment from the nominated project of Panprojects World Wide (networking operations)

Group Leader of International Affairs, Sales division (2007-2011)

-Compiled the data of Chemical regulations and chemical compound registration, and issued for our sales staff.

-Supervised schedule of import and customs clearance of Chemical materials.
# At the same time, also supervised this brother company ( F'tron Corporation), and supervised whole schedule of shipment and export OEM products to foreign customers.

- Organized meetings and workshops for foreign personnel. Interpreted for them and arranged their travel and hotel requirement.

Fine Chemical Division( (2009-2011, double as Group Leader of International Affairs.)

- Arranged special chemical shipment, and controlled it with current chemical regulations.

- Made a close communication with foreign supplier ( U.S.A ) and arranged meeting with t hem.

-Designed the contract with customers and foreign suppliers(Ex: Non-Disclose Agreement) and managed these contracts.

-Managed cargo tracking and tracing, and negotiated selling rate from each airlines (Cielos Airlines and LAN Chile Airlines.)

-Promoted and collected cargo for Latin America.

- Made good relationships between each agent in Latin America (Colombia, Peru and Brazil) and made a customer feedback to current local information.

- Concluded the new contracts with 3 big manufacturers in Japan to Brazil and Colombia. >>Doubled cargo amount for Brazil, leading to a 30% increase.

- Documented and issued the HB/L, Shipping Slips.

- Negotiated terms and shipping fares with Vessel carriers.

- Prepared transport and custom brokerage estimates for clients.

- Maintained close relationship with overseas agent, by making the Intranet for sharing Information.

- Made strong ties between agents in Latin America. By communicating with Spanish and Portuguese. Also issued the newsletter for our clients who want to know the current situation of Latin American region.
